I wonder why the fact that the people who make a two-day instructor courses, with no basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, methodology, training, corrective exercises, analysis of the functioning of the body and most importantly, experience as a trainer / instructor / personal trainer have to be an expert.
Being good at something needs to spend hundreds of hours of physical training person, by analyzing their work and continuous improvement of their knowledge.
Courses 1, 2 days are a good complement to the knowledge, expertise, which is obtained after some time to improve what was the course.
